They are looking to hire someone to lead their RF / Analog Mixed Signal Verification activities and contribute to the development of the next generation of THz sensors.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 10 years experience taking RF/ analog spice models and developing verilog-AMS models
- Full-chip AMS verification (RTL+AMS).
- Experience running analog (SPICE) simulators are a strong advantages
- Experience with RF/A-MS design verification, block level model specifications, simulation, system verilog real number modeling, etc
- Experience with relevant CAD tools (including Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, etc.)
- Ability to read analog schematics and extract related main functionality
- Experience modelling mixed-signal/RF blocks, including biasing networks, power regulators, bandgaps, Opamps, OTA’s, data converters, LNA, PA, mixers, couplers, splitters, combiners, etc.…
- Master or Ph.D. degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in test plan development and coverage closure.
- Experience in developing verification methodology, flows and automation.
- Experience with RF/A-MS chip bring up and debug.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead RF / Analog Mixed Signal chip verification, including reviewing design specifications and defining and executing a verification plan to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Architect, implement and automate RF analog, digital and Mixed Signal test benches to verify pre-silicon designs.
- Build System Verilog real number analog behavioral models, monitors and checkers for DMS/AMS design.
- Work closely with analog, digital and system designers to verify the implementation meets system requirements.
- Work closely with digital design verification engineers to architect and implement tests to verify analog/digital interfaces.
- Lead small teams of verification engineers working on concurrent projects.
- Lead development of AMS simulation and verification methodologies.
